¶ 1 Henry McCree (appellant/defendant) appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (DeFino-Nastasi, J.), after a bench trial in which he was convicted of pos-session with intent to deliver (PWID) Xanax, a controlled substance.*fn1 On appeal, appellant argues: (1) that the evidence presented was insuf-ficient to sustain a conviction for PWID, and (2) that the court improperly admitted pill bottles found after the police conducted a warrantless search of the car that appellant was driving. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
